Planking and then posting to Facebook

You can plank anywhere it seems, even non-horizontal surfaces. This is what I've been missing all my life! There was me feeling like a right planker half the time, when I could have been planking.

They missed the 'ERS' at the end (and possible the 'W' at the start).

You can even plank with the band

He's strong! But the woman planking isn't exactly ramrod straight.
